One snack at a time



Today's weigh in:
147.5

I hit a huge milestone in my diet today, I weighed in this morning at 147.5! It's the first time I've been under 150 since freshman year of college! I am beyond happy.

I'm telling you guys, The Daily Plate really works...13 pounds down, just 12 pounds to go! 2.5 pounds until my next goal.

My Daily Plate


I don't know if any of you dieters have ever tried The Daily Plate--an online food diary service--but it really really works. Now, it probably doesn't work that great around the holiday season (it's hard to truly track the size/amount/fat content) of the home cooked foods you eat but on a general day to day basis it's great just to monitor how much you are taking in. It accounts for exercise, age, etc. and will tell you how many calories you can eat for the rest of the day and you set how many lbs you wanna lose over what period of time. I really love The Daily Plate.

....except when it tells me I only have 129 calories left for today and I haven't had dinner yet. Did I mention I'm hungry?
