Subway to the Sea?On Wednesday, a vote lifted the previous ban restricting tunneling under Wilshire blvd.
The digging could cost up to or more than 4.8 billion dollars and could also depend upon federal funding.
Could this be our first small step towards a better transportation system? I hope so.
